How we handle your information

Nothing is measured until you agree. When you first visit, a notice at the bottom of the screen asks whether analytics may be enabled.

• Choosing Accept loads Google Analytics, which records anonymous usage such as pages viewed, approximate region, device type, and how you arrived at the site.
• Choosing Decline loads nothing at all — no analytics script is added to the page.
• Your choice is saved in your own browser under the key sv-cookie-consent. To change it, clear this site's data in your browser settings and reload the page; the notice will appear again.

Google Analytics is operated by Google and handles the data it collects under its own terms.

There are three forms, and each is sent only when you submit it.

• Quote request — name, email, organization (optional), project type, and your project details.
• UAS collaboration inquiry — name, organization, email, phone (optional), collaboration type, area of expertise, organization website (optional), partnership details, and your permission to follow up.
• Automation demo — name, email, and the interest you select. This one exists to demonstrate an automated workflow.

We also record no account, and this site has no login, no shopping cart, and no payment collection.

Quote requests and collaboration inquiries are delivered by email to the Sunny Visuals business inbox through a third-party email delivery service. Automation demo entries are sent to a third-party automation workflow service that records the entry.

Quote requests and collaboration inquiries are routed to the designated Sunny Visuals owner inbox. Automation demo entries are routed to the workflow destination configured for that demo.

We do not sell your information, and we do not share it with anyone beyond the services needed to receive and reply to your message.

Messages you send are kept so we can reply and keep a record of the conversation.

We keep inquiry and business records only as long as reasonably needed to respond, maintain business records, meet legal or contractual duties, and protect the site from misuse.

You can ask us to delete your inquiry at any time using the contact details below.

Submissions are checked on our server before anything is sent: fields are length-limited and cleaned, an invisible field catches automated submissions, and repeated submissions from the same visitor are slowed down. Additional bot protection is prepared and switches on when the site moves to its production hosting.

This site is intended for business inquiries and is not directed at children.
